ipad air3 已升级为最新版13.3.1，同时系统已重装过一遍（“还原所有设置”）
具体情况：使用pencil从左/右下角上推，经常无法截图，屏幕会像果冻一样一颤，但不会跳转到截图界面，使用HOME+开关可以正常截图，但是！就会出现另一个问题！此时的截图，跳转到截图界面会卡住，没有跳出绘画的工具栏就退出了，图片会自动保存到相册，重新使用pencil截图或者home+开关截图，就变得正常了（可以直接在截图界面绘制）
问题出现频率：平均每3到4次截图就会出现该问题
其他说明：air 在版本12.3时，未出现该问题，升级后出现的，希望有解决方案，非常影响使用体验。

issue:When I use apple pencil to make up a screenshot,the problem happens that the screen shakes like jelly,and CAN`T jump to the screenshot tool.
With HOME+switch,screenshot will be fine,BUT when it jumps to the screenshot tool,the screen will be stuck in several seconds and quit.Then when I try to make up a screenshot with pencil or home+switch again, all go well. :)
issue frequency: once three or four screenshots
others: when my air3`s version was 12.3,the problem didn`t appear.SO I hope there are some ways to solve the problem. THANKS.
